To mark the third anniversary of the full-scale war, the War Diaries team joined a peaceful protest and organized a special event in support of Ukrainian children.
592 Ukrainian children have been killed by Russia. This is the number of balloons the War Diaries team released during the march to the Russian Embassy—with a call to stop Russia and give hope to Ukrainian children who are still suffering from this war.
The team came out with the message:
“Give Kids Hope” And a global call to action:
“Ukrainian children should not have to document the war.”
